Decoding 720p: The Best Streaming Resolution Settings

720p streamIt looks like I'm streaming in 720p rather than 1080p. It's watchable but certainly doesn't look clear and crisp. I noticed it's worse with a game I'm streaming called DNF Duel.The 5.7 Mbps upload speed for 720p video at 30 frames per second is the upper limit.
